At ConMendo, Annette mainly supports projects with a focus on transformation management, organisational design, strategy/products/roles, communication and change management in banking and HR. Her approach to consulting is based on her understanding that all content-related topics are heavily interconnected with other aspects related to change and communication and must be considered comprehensively and in an integrated way. Therefore, a transparent data analysis should always act as a foundation and is essential to develop specific content.
Annette brings more than 20 years of professional experience, both in consulting and as a manager in corporate functions.
Her banking and management backgrounds allowed her to actively support the successful establishment of a sales unit in banking and its continuous alignment with market requirements. In so doing, she initiated digitalisation solutions on the product side and drove them to market maturity. Her sense for customer orientation and service standards allows her to always find creative solutions for any issue.
She uses her experience and expertise in combination with her strong consulting skills (developed for example during her time at zeb) to deliver a very analytical and at the same time personal understanding of entrepreneurial challenges and individual work with clients.
Annette loves the sea and likes to spend time with her family there. Since living in the Taunus region she has discovered cycling and likes to work with fabric, sewing new patterns and creating new designs in her spare time.
