Thomas advises companies on their transformation in the areas of Leadership & People Strategy and Human Resources. He applies the expertise he has gained as a management consultant and executive (e.g. as head of in-house consulting at a major bank) in close cooperation with the client organization along the entire roadmap of a transformation. Making solutions happen that are effective and efficient in the respective corporate context.
He is also a lecturer in consulting and project management at the University of Bayreuth (Chair of Marketing & Service Management).
In his private life, Thomas has a particular passion for music – listening to and enjoying it as well as making music himself in a band.
