At ConMendo, Ingo mainly manages projects with a focus on HR – particularly HR transformation, IT enablers, service delivery models and shared services. With his pragmatic approach he understands how to develop fast and actionable solutions in collaboration with his clients and thus shape changes in organisations. He strongly believes that even the best strategy is useless without fast yet sustainable implementation and incorporation.
Ingo counts on more than ten years of professional experience. He has experienced all of the most common challenges of large (HR) transformations, both as a consultant – through his work at Deloitte – and as an in-house HR manager at a large German corporate. Prior to his career, Ingo established a broad level of business knowledge through his undergraduate studies and MBA at the School of International Business in Reutlingen and at Texas Tech in Lubbock, where he focused on internationalisation, marketing, sales and export management for his MBA.
Ingo also likes to challenge himself in his spare time as a long-suffering supporter of VfB Stuttgart. He also enjoys playing tennis, travelling to unusual locations, and attending hip-hop concerts.
There are two main aspects. First, the exciting projects and challenges that I get to work on every day, be it with clients or on the development of ConMendo itself. Second, I really do appreciate the ConMendo team – many of whom I now consider to be close friends with whom I master the challenges together.
