What is the actual gender ratio in Germany? The 2021 figures of all employed men and women in proportion show a female share of 46.9%. This corresponds to the proportion of women in the labour force. In contrast, the proportion of women in the population is higher: 50.9%.
With regard to management consultancies, there is a great need to catch up: Here, the overall share of women is only 39%. ConMendo, however, is a pioneer with a female quota of 54.9%.
