Catrin studied Business Management in Germany and England and began her career in Australia in the events industry. She then worked in Hamburg and Frankfurt in various consulting and service companies. In these roles, she focused on operations, infrastructure, and process optimization, always with the goal of continuously improving and simplifying the effectiveness of everyday work.

Catrin’s focus is on designing an infrastructure that makes everyday work easier. She believes that simple, clear structures not only increase efficiency but also ensure that employees are more satisfied with their work. This allows teams to focus their energy on what really matters, rather than being slowed down by unnecessary obstacles and complicated processes.
As a passionate mother of two sons, Catrin enjoys spending her free time with her family. She also goes to the sea as often as possible, as everything is better by the water.
