Alexander holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a Master’s degree in Organizational Management. Alongside his studies, he gained practical experience in HR in the energy and automotive sectors. He subsequently joined Kienbaum, where he supported clients in national and international HR and organizational transformation projects.
Alexander combines strategic thinking with a clear focus on implementation and the people within an organization. In his spare time, he enjoys travelling and is actively involved in football as a referee.
