After studying economics and political science, Jan-Filip worked for several years at Deloitte Consulting before specializing in public sector challenges at McKinsey & Company. Since mid-2024, he has been pursuing a part-time PhD at TU Darmstadt on the topic of “Organizational Development in Public Institutions.”

In his private life, Jan-Filip enjoys spending time with family and friends. He also regularly practices sports, especially jogging and fitness training.
