Lars is responsible for transformation projects in all sectors in both medium-sized companies and large DAX 30 corporates. He additionally enables strategic realignment as well as the optimisation and configuration of companies, focusing on effectiveness, efficiency, agility and digitalisation. To do so, he draws on his deep and wide-ranging experience from numerous projects in areas such as finance, sales and HR.
Lars believes that organisations provide the framework which allows people to work in a targeted way. Even before founding ConMendo, during his MBA degree at the University of Münster, Lars supported companies as a consultant in the redesigning of organisations. He worked for more than ten years at McKinsey & Company, where he had a leading function in designing and developing the German organisation and HR practice. With the founding of ConMendo in 2009, Lars consistently implemented and developed his vision of consulting in his own company and, together with the team, continuously pursues it with enthusiasm.
Spending time with the family – in sporting activities or building remote-controlled cars – is the focus for Lars besides work. He appreciates time to relax with friends, enjoying a glass of wine with good food.
For me, ConMendo combines conceptual excellence with the pragmatic knowledge of experienced line managers. For each project, we develop tailor-made solutions to meet the challenges of our clients. Developing approaches and solutions – in close contact with our clients – is what drives me most. At the same time, ConMendo offers plenty of room for new ideas and entrepreneurial development. For this reason, every day and every year at ConMendo is different to the previous one.
