Marlies supervised and supports digitization and transformation projects at ConMendo, especially with her expertise in data analysis, process improvement, and process mining. She successfully completed her Master’s degree in Business Informatics and Finance at the University of Regensburg and previously worked for several years as an IT product manager for a major tech company’s back-office tool. Working in a dynamic environment that allows her to constantly expand her skills and face new challenges is what drives her.
However, Marlies doesn’t just push her limits professionally but also personally. She is always on the lookout for new opportunities to challenge herself. You can find her not only participating in spontaneous triathlons or biking tours in the snow but also doing a plastic-free month.
