At ConMendo, Sven supports clients from problem analysis to implementation thanks to his experience in various comprehensive HR and organizational transformation projects, particularly in German SMEs.

After training as a reserve officer and studying business administration and business psychology, Sven advised various clients on organizational and people issues at the consulting firms SHL and Kienbaum.

In his private life, Sven can be found in nature (mountains, forests and meadows) as well as doing sports and cooking.
