Jack Welch

Max supports ConMendo with around 13 years of experience in HR transformation and strategic HR governance. As a Client Director, he leads complex HR transformation programs end-to-end – from strategic realignment and HR Target Operating Models to execution-focused implementation and governance within the organization.
At consulting firms such as Horváth and Willis Towers Watson, Max was responsible for numerous transformation engagements across a wide range of industries. He worked closely with top management and senior HR leaders in global corporations as well as German mid-sized companies, consistently linking strategic ambition with sustainable operational anchoring.
Max holds a degree in Technology and Management-Oriented Business Administration (Diplom-Kaufmann) from the Technical University of Munich.
Outside of work, he can be found in the mountains hiking or skiing, or on the football pitch.
