What you bring
- An excellent university degree
- Extensive work experience, as project manager for at least five years, including three years or more as a management consultant, and
- Experience in a line function with responsibility as a team manager, as well as a clear profile with proven expertise in a functional area or industry related to the advertised position
- An analytical and strategic mindset
- Conceptual strength combined with pragmatic implementation orientation
- A strong grasp of the content and methodology for discussions on par with the client
- Flexibility in day-to-day collaboration
- Strong communication skills, being able to address different target groups, including at board level
- Fluent in English at business level
- Reliability
- Resilience as well as willingness to learn and change
