What you bring
  • An excellent university degree
  • Extensive work experience, as project manager for at least five years, including three years or more as a management consultant, and
  • Experience in a line function with responsibility as a team manager, as well as a clear profile with proven expertise in a functional area or industry related to the advertised position
  • An analytical and strategic mindset
  • Conceptual strength combined with pragmatic implementation orientation
  • A strong grasp of the content and methodology for discussions on par with the client
  • Flexibility in day-to-day collaboration
  • Strong communication skills, being able to address different target groups, including at board level
  • Fluent in English at business level
  • Reliability
  • Resilience as well as willingness to learn and change

Telephone interview

First, we schedule a telephone interview to get to know you better and give you an opportunity to learn more about the position, the company and the team.

First face-to-face interview

After a successful telephone interview, we invite you to a face-to-face interview with at least two ConMendo team members. Each interview consists of two separate rounds. In the first part we would like to get to know you better and talk about your career and your skills. In the second part we will give you the opportunity to get to know us and our consulting philosophy and to ask all your questions about ConMendo in detail. We both want to make sure that we fit with one another, so we allow enough time for this!

Second face-to-face interview

Sometimes we will invite you for further discussion in the form of a second face-to-face interview.

ConMendo HR conference

We make the decision about our candidates in an internal HR conference.
