With over 7 years of experience in the realms of HR transformation, Chantee brings a comprehensive skill set derived from both the consulting sector and the corporate side. This multifaceted perspective allows her to understand and integrate the needs and challenges from both ends.

Her capabilities span from SSC set up, process design to the implementation of HR technologies, always mindful of incorporating best practices for a good employee experience. A solution-oriented approach, pragmatic delivery, and the ability to swiftly adapt to new situations characterize her work style. Her commitment extends to the improvement of work processes, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness.
Academically, she pursued a dual Master of Science in International Management with a focus on Change Management and additionally holds an MBA. This robust educational background forms one of the basis for her to address complex challenges with a holistic approach.

In her leisure time, she finds solace in practicing yoga and relish the beauty of nature through extensive gravel biking adventures.
