After studying Human Resources Management in Pforzheim, Jennifer accompanied companies in the transformation of HR functions in the field of IT and gained extensive experience in project management as a Workday consultant at Promerit AG (Mercer Deutschland GmbH). She understands how to take the customer’s perspective and accompany her clients to their goal in a structured and solution-oriented manner, true to her conviction – recognising opportunities in opposites. Appreciative and trusting cooperation are the cornerstones of her work. In addition to her professional activities, Jennifer is studying Digital Transformation Management. This enables her to holistically incorporate the aspects of digitalisation into transformation processes.
In her private life, she loves (long-distance) hiking trails and, due to her previous training in gastronomy, enjoys good food and drink. Away from the daily grind, Jennifer can often be found exploring with her husband and their camping bus.
