Katja is responsible for recruiting and employer branding. In both areas, she is enthusiastically available as a contact person for our applicants. Through her previous experience and professional expertise, Katja manages to find the right applicants for ConMendo and to accompany them during the onboarding process. In order to successfully implement our recruiting in the long term, Katja puts her ideas for our employer branding into practice together with the entire team.

As a business psychologist, Katja has already gained a lot of experience in recruiting and employer branding and knows the challenges that the search for talent on the current job market brings with it.

In her free time, Katja loves to enjoy nature with her family. Hiking in the Alps and swimming in the lake are both high on her list of priorities. In general, she feels the need to travel in order to get to know people and cultures.
