During my 4 years at McKinsey & Company, I started an MBA in Business Psychology and specialised in Recruiting & HR. I gained valuable experience at McKinsey, but also at Kreissparkasse Köln as the first Recruiting and Employer Branding Manager. Throughout my career, I have always rethought recruiting and implemented, evaluated and improved processes.

Shortly before joining ConMendo, I completed my Master’s thesis on the niche topic of “Psychological effects of promotions in companies”.

In my private life, I am influenced by my passion for Latin American dance and travel, as well as my Persian heritage.
