Stefan is responsible for projects focussing on strategic realignment, organizational development and innovations. He supports clients from analysis through the design phase to joint implementation and closely involves their management and employees in the transformation process.

In addition to his German university diploma in economy he studied abroad for an international MBA degree and subsequently gained more than 20 years of professional experience in top management consultancies and positions as a senior executive in large corporations. His professional career covers all European countries as well as the USA, Canada and Japan.

In the first decade in consulting Stefan mainly worked for customers in the financial services industry; since 15 years he has focused on healthcare, including the public sector.

Stefan is married and has a son. In his free time he travels through Europe, the USA and Asia and spends a lot of time outdoors.
